Privacy Policy
This policy explains how CareGiverOS handles account information, caregiver notes, and health-related context that users choose to store in the platform.
Privacy First Design
We design the product to minimize unnecessary collection and to keep sensitive caregiving data protected with role-based access, encryption, and controlled workflows.
1. Overview
CareGiverOS helps caregivers organize appointments, medications, documents, lab results, and family coordination details. To do that, we process account profile details and information users intentionally upload or enter.
We do not treat public website visits the same way as authenticated product usage. Logged-in experiences may involve more sensitive content and therefore additional security controls.
2. What We Collect
- Account details such as name, email address, and login metadata.
- Care coordination information including appointments, medication schedules, uploaded documents, and notes.
- Operational data such as device type, browser details, and product interaction logs used to keep the service reliable and secure.
- Support communications when users contact the team for help.
3. How We Use Data
We use information to operate the product, personalize caregiver workflows, secure accounts, and improve navigation, summaries, and care preparation tools.
We may also use de-identified or aggregated usage patterns to understand which parts of the platform are most valuable and where reliability or design improvements are needed.
4. How Information Is Shared
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with infrastructure providers, analytics vendors, and support partners who help operate the service under contractual confidentiality and security obligations.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to enforce platform terms, or to protect users, patients, caregivers, and the service from misuse or threats.
5. Your Choices and Rights
Users can review and update profile information inside the platform, request support for account questions, and control what information they upload or share with collaborators.
If you have privacy questions or requests, please use our contact form.
